Senior Angular Frontend Engineer (all genders)

The Role

As we evolve into a cloud-native SaaS company, we’re also embracing the future of work by becoming an AI-native business. This means we’re not just adopting AI tools, we’re rethinking how we build, collaborate, and innovate with AI at the core of our product and engineering culture. As a Senior Angular Software Engineer, you’ll join our newly established remote Tech Hub in Bucharest and play a key role in our Product Transformation Project. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team working on the next generation of our Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platform, used by thousands of finance teams across nearly 50 countries.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, QA experts, product owners, and analysts from both Romania and Germany to build micro-frontends using Angular 18, delivering a modern, scalable, and intuitive user experience for our customers.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain high-quality frontend applications using Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript and HTML5.
• Build micro-frontends as part of our transition from a monolithic architecture to a cloud-native SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and uphold software engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and propose scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Contribute ideas and technical insights to help shape the future of our platform

What you bring to the table

• Expertise in Angular & TypeScript: You’ve built complex SPAs or microfrontends and can independently deliver production-ready code.
• AI, Cursor and Cloud Code  - If you have a background in AI-related projects and a portfolio to showcase, we'd love to hear from you!
• Strong Engineering Practices: You write clean, testable, and maintainable code, and are comfortable with code reviews, pair programming, and automation testing.
• Project Ownership: You’re proactive, accountable, and capable of making day-to-day decisions that drive project success.
• Team Collaboration: You thrive in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with engineers, analysts, and product stakeholders.
• Growth Mindset: You’re curious, open to feedback, and excited about working in a fast-evolving tech environment with AI at its core.
