The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Lucanet during one of our most strategic growth initiatives. As a Sales Development Representative for the DACH market, you'll play a critical role in our cloud transformation journey, helping existing customers migrate from on-premise systems to our cloud infrastructure while identifying opportunities to expand their use of our financial solutions.

From anywhere in Spain (remote), you'll own the full relationship with German CFO clients throughout their migration journey, acting as both a trusted advisor and growth driver. You're a strategic partner who educates customers on cloud benefits, identifies cross-sell opportunities across our financial product suite, and stays involved from initial conversation through successful migration.

What you'll do

  • Own customer relationships through the entire cloud migration process, serving as the primary point of contact for existing DACH customers transitioning from on-premise to cloud infrastructure
  • Educate CFO-level stakeholders on cloud benefits and platform capabilities, helping them understand the value and impact of modernizing their financial operations
  • Identify and develop cross-sell opportunities within your customer base, introducing additional financial products that address evolving business needs
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Customer Success, and technical teams to ensure smooth migrations and exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce, tracking migration progress, customer engagement, and revenue opportunities

What you bring to the table

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, business development, or customer-facing roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communication skills in German and English—you're skilled at building rapport with C-level executives and explaining technical concepts in accessible ways
  • Consultative selling approach with demonstrated ability to identify customer needs, ask insightful questions, and position solutions strategically
  • Technical affinity and comfort discussing cloud technology and software solutions with business stakeholders (no deep technical background required)
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple accounts, complex sales cycles, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and resilient, with a proven ability to work independently in remote environments and take full ownership of results
