Data Engineer - Data&AI, Financial&Commercial Team

What you’ll have to do: 

• Working closely with business analysts (sometimes also with customers: financial, commercial, operation etc.) to define and document requirements for data and reporting needs;
• Designing, coding and documenting effective technical solutions;
• Build and maintain business domain related datasets (e.g. Profitability KPIs);
• Develop reports using Tableau / Qlik Sense / SSRS;
• Actively propose improvements in implementations, standards and other work practices;
• Monitoring data quality and current processes performance;
• Solve support tickets.

What makes you a good fit: 

• Have Python/ SparkSQL/ PySpark programming language;
• Have experience writing complex data transformation code with business logic;
• Have experience working with ETL tools ( e.g SSIS, Informatica, Nifi, Talend);
• Any of Tableau/ Qlik Sense / Power BI visualization tools is a plus;
• Have good communication skills both written and oral (Romanian & English);
• High capacity of learning;
• Eager to improve oneself;
• Able to work independently and collaboratively;
• Quality focused, attention to details;
• Critical thinking, ability to think out of the box.
