About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to lead all aspects of financial reporting, accounting operations, and consolidation for our U.S.
subsidiary based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
Reporting directly to the Group Controller, the Controller will serve as the primary liaison between the local finance function and the parent company's global finance team, Ensuring full alignment with group, reporting standards, US GAAP, IFRS and internal control
frameworks.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role suited for a finance leader who thrives in a dynamic, multi-entity
environment and can balance operational rigor with strategic insight.
The Controller is the financial backbone of our U.S. operations — translating business activity into reliable, timely, and insightful reporting that drives confident decision-making across the organization.

Job Description

Financial Reporting & Consolidation
1. Own the preparation and delivery of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and parent company reporting requirements
2. Lead the consolidation process for the U.S. subsidiary, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliations with the global parent entity
3. Manage the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to strict deadlines
4. Coordinate with external auditors and oversee the annual audit process from planning through completion
5. Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and financial commentary for senior leadership and the parent company's finance team
Accounting Operations & Internal Controls
1. Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and payroll accounting
2. Design, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity
3. Maintain and enhance accounting policies and procedures in compliance with both local and group standards
4. Manage the company's tax compliance obligations, including federal, state, and local filings, in coordination with external tax advisors
Strategic Partnership & Leadership
1. Partner with FP&A and business unit leaders to provide financial insights that support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
2. Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a high performance and continuous-improvement culture
3. Drive ERP and system optimization initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy
4. Support M&A due diligence, integration activities, and ad hoc financial projects as required
