Opportunities in National Security 

We are looking for passionate candidates with experience in National Security to join our growing and ambitious Practice. Whether you're leading a workstream or managing engagements with new and established clients, you’ll be delivering high-value client outcomes, solving difficult client challenges, building strong relationships, and accelerating your career. You will be working directly with the client to support their critical national security mission.

Expectations and contributions

As an Alchemmist working in National Security, you will:

  • Be passionate about delivering tangible outcomes.
  • Develop positive professional relationships with client peers and colleagues.
  • Manage a diverse range of stakeholders from technical delivery through to end operational users.
  • Design and lead meetings and workshops confidently.
  • Gather, compile, analyse and present data in a logical and efficient manner.
  • Use written communication to clearly and effectively present information, ideas and approaches.
  • Solve complex and challenging national security problems and drive outcomes.
  • Enhance your core consulting skills through training and engaging with the wider Alchemmy consulting practices..
  • Support internal initiatives, such as Marketing, Recruitment and Wellbeing.
  • Be available to work on client site up to 3 days a week (London based) and Fridays in Alchemmy’s London office.
  • Need to be currently working in National Security or have done so in the last year.
  • Hold an active DV security clearance.
  • Experience working in Product Management, Business Analysis or Business Change in an Agile environment is advantageous.
