We have a vision: we want to redefine the charging ecosystem for electric vehicles and make electric mobility the integral component of the energy transition.

We are developing software for the EV charging market that aims to enhance the overall journey for EV drivers through real-time updates and user-friendly features. One aspect of our vision includes developing the best charging app on the market for our biggest B2B client, E.ON Drive. But that's just one piece of the puzzle. By leveraging the latest technologies and industry insights, we are working on a tailored solution that aims to empower CPOs and energy players to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and ultimately drive greater success in their businesses.

As a team of 50+ across Germany and Europe, we have weathered challenges together, including tough times like insolvency. As part of our team, you’ll shape key features of our products and how they’re communicated, bringing fresh energy to a market that needs it. What You’ll Do

• Collaborate closely with product and tech teams in a cross-functional environment using Notion for project management.

• Design intuitive and engaging mobile interfaces for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.

• Create and maintain design systems using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize concepts and present them to stakeholders.

• Ensure responsive design across mobile platforms, optimizing for usability, performance, and accessibility.

Your Profile

• You have 3+ years of experience in UI design for mobile platforms, with a strong command of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

• You have a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design projects for iOS and Android, demonstrating your expertise in visual design, typography, and UX principles.

• You’re skilled at data visualization, turning complex information into clear and engaging designs.

• You’re adept at building design systems that scale and evolve with product needs.

• You have experience designing high-fidelity prototypes that bring innovative concepts to life.

• You’re knowledgeable in graphic design principles, including print production (a plus, but not mandatory).

• First Interview (45 min): Get to know your future colleagues and discuss how your expectations align with the role.

• Case Study Interview (1 hr): Work on a real or hypothetical business scenario, propose solutions, and present your approach.
