We are developing software for the EV charging market that aims to enhance the overall journey for EV drivers through real-time updates and user-friendly features. One aspect of our vision includes developing the best charging app on the market for our biggest B2B client, E.ON Drive. But that's just one piece of the puzzle. By leveraging the latest technologies and industry insights, we are working on a tailored solution that aims to empower CPOs and energy players to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and ultimately drive greater success in their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear and impactful whitepapers, technical reports, and case studies, ensuring they are well-researched and aligned with industry trends.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create a content calendar that engages diverse audiences and meets business goals.

  • Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and error-free, maintaining a strong brand tone across various formats.

  • Work with designers and data analysts to produce visually appealing content while implementing SEO best practices for maximum visibility.

  • Manage the entire content creation process from concept to publication, incorporating feedback to refine materials and meet deadlines.

Your Profile:

  • 3+ Years of Experience of proven experience managing content creation, especially whitepapers, technical documents, or long-form content.
  • You have a talent for breaking down complex topics into clear, engaging content.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and fix grammar, style, or formatting errors.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles to help your content rank and drive traffic.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), document collaboration tools, and basic design software.

Our hiring process

Application screening: Our People & Culture team screens all applications in collaboration with the teams.

P&C Screening Interview (30 min): This is the first step of the interview process, you will meet your recruiter here. The recruiter will give you an overview about the hiring process next steps and will answer any cultural related questions.

First interview (45 min): In this interview, you will meet your potential direct colleagues. The goal of this interview is getting-to-know each other and aligning expectations from both ends to get a feeling if this would be a good fit for both sides. 

Case study Interview (1,5 h): In this interview, candidates are presented with a real or hypothetical business scenario and asked to analyze the situation, identify key issues, and propose solutions. Solutions are in form of presentation and we give you an opportunity to explain your rational behind the solution.

Culture Add (1 h): In this last step, we want to introduce you to a few other people who you would be working with, so you get a good image of our team in total. Here, we will only focus on more cultural topics.

Full compensation packages are based on interview outcome, candidate experience and qualifications.

Salary range for this job:

€41.000 - €47.000 EUR
