Creative Manager (US, Remote)

Who is Eleos Health?

The people who deliver care in our communities and homes do some of the most important work in healthcare. But too often, theyʼre asked to spend their time navigating paperwork, administrative burden, and problems they only discover after something has already gone wrong.

Eleos exists to change that.

Weʼre building the system of action for community-based care - helping behavioral health, hospice, home health, and other care teams spend less time reacting to problems and more time focused on the people they serve.

Powered by our Polaris AI, Eleos works alongside clinicians and their teams to understand whatʼs happening across care in real time and take action before issues become problems, reducing administrative burden, protecting revenue and compliance, and giving care teams more time and capacity to deliver great care.

Our vision is a world where care teams can stay one step ahead, rather than constantly catching up. Weʼre helping shift an entire industry from reactive to proactive, and we need talented people to help us get there.

What Is This Opportunity?

We're seeking a Creative Manager to join our Marketing team and lead the development and execution of high-quality design assets across the company, including one-pagers, white papers, ebooks, videos, web pages and ad creative. Reporting to the Head of Content & Brand, this role will help shape our visual brand, run a creative production process that scales with the business, and produce engaging, impactful work.

This is also an AI-native role. You will build and operate agentic workflows that automate repeatable production tasks, accelerate template and asset creation, and streamline creative reviews, using Claude and complementary AI tools as core parts of your daily operating system.

Who You Are

You're a creative leader who has helped  evolve and steward a visual brand, not just executed within guidelines someone else built. You have 6+ years of experience and expertise across creative production, brand systems and design fundamentals. You have a strong point of view about what good creative looks like and can defend it with reasoning, but you're just as comfortable adjusting course based on cross-functional feedback. You've built or overhauled a creative workflow before and can talk specifically about what changed as a result.

You're ideally experienced in healthcare and technology, and eager to bring your creative expertise to a mission-driven organization.

How Will You Contribute?

As a Creative Manager at Eleos Health, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end design of marketing and brand assets: one-pagers, white papers, ebooks, case studies, videos, ad creative, decks, web pages, tradeshow and event creative, and others
  • Translate strategic briefs and raw content (research, product updates, customer stories) into compelling visual deliverables
  • Own the day-to-day management of Eleos’ visual brand— guidelines, templates, and design system — ensuring consistency across every touchpoint, and help drive thoughtful evolution as the brand and business grow
  • Design and improve the creative request and production process, including intake, prioritization, briefing, review and delivery, so work moves faster without sacrificing quality
  • Manage freelance and agency partners, and AI-assisted production, matching the right resource to the right project
  • Build and operate agentic workflows using Claude and complementary AI tools to accelerate and standardize templates, asset variations, and repeatable production tasks
  • Track project status and workload across the creative pipeline, flagging bottlenecks and resourcing gaps before they become fire drills
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product and other teams to understand their creative needs
  • Present creative work with a clear point of view, while staying genuinely open to feedback and iteration
  • Act as the point of escalation when creative work strays off-brand, with the judgment to know when to hold the line and when to bend it
  • Stay up to date on design trends, video, web and ad creative best practices, and AI creative tooling capabilities

What Qualifications and Skills Will Help You Succeed?

  • 6+ years of experience in a creative production, brand, or design leadership role, with hands-on experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment preferred
  • A strong portfolio showing range across formats: print/digital collateral, long-form content (white papers, ebooks), video, and digital ad creative
  • Demonstrated experience helping to evolve a visual brand system
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Sharp visual judgment paired with the communication skills to explain your reasoning to non-designers and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Comfort managing multiple concurrent projects, freelancers/vendors, and shifting priorities without losing quality control
  • Proficiency with modern design and video production tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Wordpress and other CMS systems)
  • Proficiency in AI, including experience using AI tools for creative production and workflow automation. Experience building agents is a major plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excited about the mission of improving community-based care
  • Experience navigating and working one-on-one with C-suite and executives.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in fast paced environments with competing priorities.

This is a unique opportunity to join a startup that has a meaningful impact on thousands' well-being and mental health.

This Role Offers:
