Salesforce Administrator (US, Remote)
Who is Eleos Health?
Today, more people than ever are speaking publicly about their mental health. Whether it's ourselves, our friends and family or even public figures, taking care of your behavioral health is no longer a taboo, it's vital, and it's only human.
Eleos is on a mission to help deliver the world's most effective behavioral care through data, measurement, and personalization. Or simply put, we want to give clinicians the support they need to do the important work only they can do.
What is this opportunity?
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator / Developer to join our GTM Operations team. This role is responsible for how Salesforce actually functions day to day — owning system integrity, supporting core workflows, and making targeted improvements that reduce friction across the business. Reporting to the VP of Go-To-Market Operations, you will manage administration, automation, and light development work. The focus is on building a system that is clean, reliable, and aligned to how teams operate.
Who are you?
You are someone who takes genuine ownership of the systems you build — not just the tickets you close. You get satisfaction from a well-structured Flow, clean data, and a Salesforce org that just works. You are comfortable operating independently, managing competing stakeholder priorities without losing sight of what actually moves the business forward. You care about doing things the right way: maintainable, documented, and built to last. And you are excited about growing into a role where the scope is yours to define.
How will you contribute?
- Manage users, roles, profiles, and permissions; maintain core objects (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities); and ensure data quality, system hygiene, and consistency across the org
- Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, and approval processes — improving existing automation to reduce manual effort and ensuring everything is structured, scalable, and easy to maintain
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, and page layouts; support light development work including Apex and SOQL as needed; assist with testing, deployments, and release management
- Support integrations with other business systems, monitor data syncs, resolve issues, and manage data imports, updates, and cleanup efforts
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards, ensure underlying data supports accurate reporting, and partner with stakeholders to deliver usable insights
What qualifications and skills will help you be successful?
- 2–5 years of Salesforce experience in an Admin or Admin/Developer capacity
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and hands-on experience with Flows, validation rules, formulas, and user and data management
- Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, APIs, integrations, and data tools such as Data Loader or Sweep.io
- Experience supporting Sales or business-facing teams and comfort working directly with stakeholders to translate needs into solutions
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while staying focused on practical, maintainable outcomes
Some nice-to-haves:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (2–3 certifications preferred; 1 certification acceptable with 5–7 years of experience)
- Experience with integrated business systems such as marketing automation or customer support tools
- Exposure to release management and sandbox environments
This is a unique opportunity to join a startup that has a meaningful impact on thousands' well-being and mental health.
We have
- A product that positively impacts people's lives every single day.
- A team of amazing people with a shared vision and the infinite drive to make it happen
- The base pay range for this position is $100,000-120,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on several factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
- In addition to your compensation, we offer wide and generous health benefits, significant equity and 401(k) plans matched to 4%
- Flexible PTO + Additional mental health days off you can take any given moment simply because you need them.
- Fully remote work environment
- Opportunity to build, grow, and become highly instrumental in shaping how technology can increase the effectiveness of therapy.
