What is this opportunity?

We’re looking for a business-driven Talent Acquisition Partner with a proven health tech and GTM hiring track record to join our Global People team. You’ll work closely with US GTM leaders to shape the teams that power our growth.

You won’t just fill roles. You'll be a strategic partner who understands the complexity of hiring in health tech, from compliance-conscious sales talent to leaders who can navigate a rapidly evolving market. You’ll combine super sourcing skills, flawless operations, and tech-forward, AI-powered recruiting approaches to find, engage, and close the best in the industry.

This role reports to the Director of People – US and is part of a global team committed to making Eleos an employer of choice in health tech.

Who are you?

You’re a GTM-focused recruiter with deep health tech expertise who thrives on building high-performing teams in competitive, mission-driven markets. You connect business objectives to hiring strategies, influence leaders with market data, and consistently deliver quality hires.

  • You’ve hired for health tech SaaS companies, understanding the talent landscape, the sales cycles, and the urgency of growth in a regulated space.
  • You’re a sourcing powerhouse who can uncover and win over passive talent in niche markets.
  • You operate with precision, urgency, and follow-through.
  • You’re tech-savvy, leveraging AI tools to work smarter and scale faster.
  • You’re collaborative, adaptable, and driven to make an impact in health care.

How will you contribute?

  • Partner with GTM leaders to define hiring needs and create strategies that attract top health tech talent.
  • Build pipelines across sales, marketing, and customer-facing roles in behavioral health and SaaS.
  • Source, engage, and close high-impact hires who can thrive in a mission-driven, fast-growth environment.
  • Deliver a seamless, top-tier candidate experience that reflects our health tech mission.
  • Leverage AI and sourcing tech to improve reach, speed, and quality.
  • Provide health tech market intelligence and data-driven recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Champion DEI throughout the recruitment process.

What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM roles in health tech/SaaS.
  • Expertise with ATS, specifically Greenhouse.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders as a trusted business advisor.
  • Expertise in sourcing health tech talent across competitive and regulated markets.
  • Skilled operator with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech-forward mindset, comfortable adopting and using AI recruiting tools.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • The base pay range for this position is $130,000-$170,000 per year plus a variable bonus component. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on several factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
