Temporary Maternity Leave Cover | Starting July 2025.
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to cover for maternity leave starting July, based in our Tel Aviv office.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll partner closely with R&D and Product leaders to help us find and hire exceptional talent, while ensuring a thoughtful, streamlined process and great candidate experience.
You’ll be a key player in the team, reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Director and joining a tight-knit, globally distributed People team.
What you'll focus on
- Partnering with hiring managers in Israel to shape and execute recruiting strategies for R&D and Product roles
- Using your strong network in the Israeli tech ecosystem to bring in top-tier talent, maintaining a high bar of quality
- Managing full-cycle hiring — sourcing, engaging, interviewing, and closing
- We’d love to hear about a program or process you built using AI — how it worked, why you built it, the tooling, and what you learned
- Running a best-in-class, human-centered candidate experience
- Collaborating with the global People team on projects that improve how we work
- Bonus: If you’ve got experience hiring globally — especially in the U.S. — that’s a huge advantage
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in tech recruiting, with a strong track record in the Israeli R&D/Product market, hiring for SAAS B2B companies
- Experience using AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows, whether it’s for sourcing, outreach, process automation, branding and insights
- An active network of high-quality candidates and trusted industry relationships
- A hands-on, resourceful approach — you’re not afraid to dive in and get things done
- Strong communicator and natural partner to hiring managers
- Smart, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, global startup
- Passionate about people, process, and impact
- Experience in working with greenhouse ATS
- Excellent English
