We are looking for a Junior Frontend Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join a team of experiences front ends developers, responsible for building a cutting-edge interfaces that empower clinicians and improve the effectiveness of behavioral health care.

What are we looking for?
You are a Junior Front-End Engineer with hands-on experience in React and modern front-end development practices. Passionate about building exceptional user experiences, you bring a strong foundation in UX/UI design principles and the technical expertise to translate design concepts into elegant, responsive, and performant interfaces.

Who Are You?
- You have 2+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a solid understanding of how to integrate with back-end services.
- Proficient in modern JavaScript frameworks, especially React and its ecosystem (e.g., React Router, Redux, Hooks).
- Curious, driven, and passionate about front-end technologies and AI-powered tools, always looking to expand your knowledge and improve your craft.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills—open, transparent, and focused on shared success over ego.
- You thrive in a dynamic environment, are comfortable taking ownership, and seek opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
- Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Legacy tools like jQuery
- Developing or debugging Chrome extensions
- Building or maintaining web scraping tools
How Will You Contribute?
- Lead and support onboarding processes for new clients by building smooth, intuitive front-end experiences tailored to their needs.
- Contribute to the stability and performance of our core production front-end systems.
- Work closely with product managers and UX designers to design and implement engaging, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Advocate for and implement front-end best practices—including clean code, testing, accessibility, and clear documentation—to improve code quality and maintainability.
