What is this opportunity?
You will report to the Head of BI and partner closely with teams across the organization—Product, R&D, Finance, Go-to-Market, and Senior Leadership—to build and enrich our data infrastructure, generate actionable insights, and promote a truly data-driven culture at Eleos.
How will you contribute?
- Partner with leadership to identify, define, and operationalize KPIs and OKRs—ensure they’re measurable and continuously monitored
- Collaborate with downstream teams to align on metrics and support data-driven decision-making at every level
- Work with Data Engineers to design and implement robust data pipelines that consolidate sources for deep analysis
- Build dashboards and self-service reporting tools to surface insights across the organization
- Conduct ad hoc and recurring analyses, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Present findings to stakeholders—including C-level executives—to drive strategic business outcomes
Who are you?
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, BI Developer, or Data Engineer
- Proven track record collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, R&D, CSMs, Finance)
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with ETL processes
- Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Expertise in SQL and experience designing ETL workflows
- Proficiency in BI platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to data quality
- Excellent communication skills—able to distill data insights for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience collaborating with global teams, with a focus on U.S. stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with dbt or other data modeling tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce data structures and reporting
- Experience with product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Experience with software development lifecycle processes and leveraging Jira data for insights.
