We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead the development of user-centric, cutting-edge interfaces that empower clinicians and improve the effectiveness of behavioral health care. What are we looking for? You are a highly experienced frontend engineer with extensive expertise in React and modern frontend development practices. You have a proven track record of delivering scalable and maintainable user interfaces. You are passionate about UX/UI design and have the technical ability to bring those designs to life seamlessly.

How will you contribute?

• Lead the design and development of complex frontend features and interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to create user-friendly solutions.
• Optimize frontend performance to ensure fast and reliable applications.
• Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team.

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead the development of user-centric, cutting-edge interfaces that empower clinicians and improve the effectiveness of behavioral health care. Who are you?

• 5+ years of experience working with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and interfacing with back-end systems
• Experience working with JavaScript frameworks, particularly React and its ecosystem
• A real passion for JS and clean, maintainable code
• Deep awareness of cross-browser quirks and responsive design
• Experience with advanced React patterns including SSR, RSC, and micro frontend architectures
• Familiarity with Chrome extensions development and Chrome Web APIs (audio capturing, permissions, etc.)
• Team player with strong communication skills, egoless and transparent
• Ability to take ownership and make an impact
