As a Project Manager on the BizOps team at Eleos, you will be the driving force behind strategic, cross-functional initiatives that help the business scale effectively. You’ll lead projects end-to-end, coordinate across teams, remove roadblocks, and ensure alignment with company priorities. This role requires strong ownership, exceptional communication, and sharp problem-solving skills to translate complex challenges into clear, actionable outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the execution of strategic, cross-functional projects across departments, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely delivery
  • Identify inefficiencies across the organization and implement streamlined, scalable solutions
  • Track and operationalize the company’s OKRs, follow up on action items, and ensure teams stay focused on what matters most
  • Tackle ambiguous or complex challenges, break them down into actionable steps, and help teams move forward
  • Build and share clear updates, decks, and documentation to keep stakeholders aligned
  • Create and manage project timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Partner with teams across the company to analyze data and support effective decision-making
  • Contribute to the company’s operating rhythm by supporting OKRs, planning cycles, and key business rituals alongside the rest of the BizOps team

Who You Are

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at finding clarity in fast-moving environments
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal), able to collaborate and present ideas confidently.
  • Analytical and data-driven, yet deeply people-oriented and team-minded
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Adept at problem-solving and using data to inform decisions and uncover insights
  • Skilled at synthesizing complex ideas into clear updates, plans, and presentations

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years in project management, business operations, or consulting roles, ideally in high-growth or fast-paced environments
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and aligning diverse teams toward shared goals
