What is this opportunity? 
The Director of Product Marketing is a key leadership role, serving as the bridge between our product and go-to-market (GTM) teams. Product Marketing ensures that our innovative solutions are communicated clearly and aligned with market needs. Your leadership will drive our GTM strategies, empowering clinicians by ensuring they understand how our technology makes their work easier and more impactful.

You'll be the voice that connects the dots between product features, market demands, and customer needs, creating messaging that resonates across all channels. Reporting to the VP Marketing, you'll collaborate closely with teams across the company, including Product, Sales and Customer Success teams.

You have an impressive track record of success in Product Marketing and excellent team leadership experience. You are comfortable in fast-paced environments and can confidently navigate the ambiguity and complexity of an innovative, high-growth B2B technology company.  You are highly skilled at market research, positioning, messaging, and product launches. You’re assertive in setting direction and bringing others along. You're able to make the complex simple and balance speed and quality of your work product effectively. You’re data-driven and audience-focused, able to develop strategies that resonate with the market and move the needle for the business. 

How will you contribute? 

  • Act as the central liaison between Product and Marketing to ensure consistent, clear messaging and accurate product positioning.
  • Leverage customer insights, market research, competitive analysis, sales data and product data to continually refine our product positioning and strategy.
  • Develop compelling, clear messaging that differentiates Eleos Health in the market and drives adoption among our target audiences.
  • Lead the development of go-to-market strategies, ensuring our offerings meet market demands and are positioned for success.
  • Partner with Product and GTM enablement teams to ensure people have the tools, training, and messaging they need to effectively communicate the value of our products to the market. Ensure all teams are aligned on product terminology, features, and benefits.
  • Lead product launches, ensuring seamless coordination across marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, using data to inform future approaches and improve outcomes.
  • Build, manage and mentor a team of product marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Report regularly to the VP Marketing and executive leadership on product marketing performance, market feedback, and opportunities for growth.

What qualifications and skills will help you be successful?

  • Based in the United States in the Eastern Time Zone for maximum collaboration with Israel-based Product team 
  • 7+ years of experience in product B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in healthcare technology. MBA graduate degree is a plus. 
  • Proven success in leading go-to-market strategies for multi-product portfolios in high growth, category leading sectors.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership abilities, with experience working alongside both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to drive strategy and improve outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of audience-focused marketing strategies and methodologies
  • Superior organizational and project management skills to help define processes and create structure from scratch
  • Attention to detail, with a deep appreciation for the balance between speed and perfection
  • Flexibility in juggling and tackling both small and large tasks, even amid high levels of ambiguity
  • Proven people and management skills to successfully work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Product, and Engineering
  • Coachable, ethical, and open to feedback
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable confidently presenting ideas to colleagues, senior leaders, prospects, and customers alike
  • Proficient in productivity applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Asana), marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot Marketing Hub integrated with Salesforce CRM), and product experience/data software (e.g. MixPanel)

  • The base pay range for this position is $175,000-$190,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on several factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
