Our team is equipped with the tools to help create a cleaner and electrified future.
Are you ready to join our mission to enable widespread electrification of off-highway equipment and vehicles?
What will you do:
Eleo is currently developing and realizing a semi-automated battery production facility in Helmond to produce batteries for industrial vehicles on a large scale. In order to support sustainable scaling up we focus on processes, data and our business applications that support these processes. Our business applications landscape is continuously evolving to better support these maturing business processes.
As our Business Application Team lead, you will develop and direct our team of currently 5 dedicated business analysts and application specialists, guiding them through day-to-day operations within the business, working closely with R&D, Operations, Finance and Procurement. You will be translating the strategy into concrete projects and actions with the team, promoting the process and data mindset throughout the company. Scalable and error prone processes will enable Eleo to ultimately ensure timely and high-quality deliveries of our tech to customers across the world.
Main business applications you can think about are the ERP system that still needs to be further implemented, mirroring our business processes and all the ‘needs’ we have in order to be in control of our production and supporting processes. Next to that, we have the People & Culture processes that are supported by a HRIS and ATS and more applications that other teams work with.
You are adaptable: one moment, you assemble a project team to resolve an acute escalation in production, the next, you contribute to establishing the development process and designing the application landscape and integrations, ensuring a seamless transition from the concept phase to mass production for the business.

- Continuous improvement: Working with most teams in Eleo, you will help to identify opportunities to optimize our End-2-End processes, increase our data quality, and improve overall efficiency. This requires constant collaboration in cross-functional teams, to implement process improvements and introduce modern technologies. Furthermore, support and work on standardization projects, for example, standardize the Procure2Pay process, further rollout our PLM system or introduce new Product Requirements Management tooling.
- Establish strong IT processes: Improve and embed our internal IT processes to deliver stable applications to the Eleo organization. For example you need to further expand the IT change process to ensure we design, build, test and introduce new functionality in a controlled manner.
