As a Project Manager, you will report directly to the Head of R&D and collaborate closely with System Architects and other key contributors to ensure the successful execution of projects within established timelines and budgets.

You will be pivotal in the next phase of the project, where your leadership will drive the testing, analysis, and resolution of any issues that arise, as well as guide the project through all subsequent phases.

In this role, you will oversee the planning process, lead critical meetings, and bridge gaps to keep the project on track, all while fostering clear and effective communication in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. Your ability to prioritize tasks, respect stakeholder input, and stay focused on project objectives will be essential to driving project success.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with System Architects and stakeholders to define, monitor, and achieve project goals.
  • Project Planning and Meetings: Lead and organize planning, risk management, issue resolution, and cost discussions.
  • Integrated Project Plans: Develop andmanage project plans across multiple domains, including Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Testing, Procurement, and Quality, ensuring priorities are clear and agreed upon with stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and define mitigation strategies across all domains in collaboration with the team.
  • Cost Tracking: Monitor and track project costs, including both product and development expenses, ensuring they align with budgets and timelines.
  • Process Implementation: Implement and maintain project management methodologies and processes in collaboration with other project managers.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure adherence to established documentation, approval processes, and action-tracking procedures.

Team and Collaboration:

  • Team Motivation: Create a collaborative and accountable project team environment.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Gain buy-in from stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with all team roles and stakeholders to ensure cohesive efforts toward project success.

Requirements & qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in a dynamic, ever-changing technical environment.
  • Technical background with experience working on both software and hardware projects is a must.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while working under pressure.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can adapt to constant change, and has a proven track record of managing complex projects while fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
