What you will do: 

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist - Tech to join our People and Culture team and play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to build out our teams. From day one, you will be involved in sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through our hiring process and business partnering to ensure we bring in the best professionals to support our business growth.   

You will be a business partner to your key stakeholders, your hiring managers and collaborate cross departments to refine hiring strategies and improve the quality of hires. You will be hiring and growing our technical teams as well as supporting to scale our high-volume hiring processes for our Operations teams. There will be nice variation between the complexity of the roles and teams. 

Additionally, we are a scale up and fast growing which means nothing is set in stone, you will be involved and play a pivotal role in projects to further build the department together with your Talent Acquisition team. Project examples could be further developing and host interview techniques training, ATS improvements, international talent hiring and process improvements & alignment cross-departmental for the candidate experience and hiring managers.  

 

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Talent Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates for various roles. 
  • Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. 
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, refine recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles. 
  • Project Involvement: Participate in projects aimed at scaling and optimizing the talent acquisition function, including interview techniques training, ATS enhancements, and process improvements. 
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and talent market shifts to adjust sourcing strategies and maintain a competitive edge in attracting top talent. 
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on hiring progress to key stakeholders. 

 

Requirements & qualifications: 

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical roles in industries such as R&D, engineering, or manufacturing. Previous experience in start-up or scale-up environments is highly valued.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, particularly within technical teams such as R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations. 
  • Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align on hiring strategies and candidate selection. 
  • Project Management: Experience participating in talent acquisition projects, such as process improvements, ATS enhancements, or interview training programs. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and internal stakeholders effectively. 
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment where processes are evolving, and priorities may shift rapidly. 
  • Problem-Solving: analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving hiring outcomes and candidate experiences.
