What you will do:
- Maintain and improve Eleo Quality engineering content and methods especially within our own engineering and production environments but especially working with suppliers as our SQE.
- Define new, and improve existing working methods and standards ensuring we drive supplier and partner quality standards.
- Help stakeholders to define and improve processes
- Continuously improve and develop supplier qualification process, including supplier audits and technical assessments
- PPAP for new product introduction
- Perform and record root cause investigations
- Build Supplier process and manage / deliver part quality improvements
- Support Eleo's production to mitigate risks related to part quality
- Perform p-FMEA to identify and mitigate potential risks in the production process.
- Establish and maintain control plans to ensure consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Assist in developing work instructions and checklists to standardize processes and ensure quality consistency.
Your key responsibilities:
- Deep Knowledge and experience using the PPAP process
- Lead auditor (ISO 9001:2015)
- Continual improvement process
- Quality Management System
- Analysis/Critical thinking/Problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in SQE role
- Technical knowledge
- Good communication skills
- APQP knowledge
- SPC experience would be an advantage
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or masters degree in a relevant field (Engineering & Quality)
- Analytical approach to projects and tasks
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
