What you will do: 

Join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist and take charge of our online marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and growth. This role offers you the chance to make a significant impact from day one, with the autonomy to innovate and build comprehensive marketing strategies. As part of the Marketing team, you will report directly to the Global Marketing Lead. 

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Your contributions will directly influence our online presence, sales pipeline, and participation in trade shows and conferences. Your key responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute online strategies to elevate brand awareness and drive sales pipeline growth. 
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-touch, multichannel B2B online marketing campaigns. 
  • Manage daily operations with agencies for content planning, creation, and advertising, ensuring effective coordination. 
  • Conduct A/B testing, build landing pages, and implement marketing automation workflows. 
  • Lead and coordinate the execution of paid online campaigns across various channels. 
  • Manage social media channels (for now: LinkedIn and YouTube), creating engaging content and fostering community interactions. 
  • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Meltwater and Google Analytics. 
  • Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search visibility, including keyword strategies and third-party listings, with the goal of increasing website traffic.  
  • Oversee website content updates to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand and marketing objectives. 
  • Support digital activities related to trade shows and conferences, ensuring a cohesive online and offline marketing strategy.  
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list creation, segmentation, and performance analysis. 

Requirements & qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a product-focused environment. 
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field. 
  • Hands-on experience in marketing automation, content marketing, and online advertising. 
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.  
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEM/PPC platforms. 
  • Proven ability to innovate and take initiative in a dynamic work environment. 
  • Possesses a startup mindset with the ability to work beyond strict role boundaries.
