Product Marketing Manager
Lisbon, Portugal
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will drive content and product marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring strong positioning, consistent messaging, and measurable impact on brand visibility and user activation.
Location: office-based in Lisbon, Portugal (relocation supported)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize content across all PESO channels (paid, earned, shared, owned)
- Improve CTA placements and overall conversion flow across content assets
- Execute and optimize content distribution and user activation strategies
- Track and analyze performance metrics (OR, CR, content reach, reprints) and implement improvements
- Own and continuously update website and social media content aligned with SEO and growth goals
- Coordinate cross-functionally with content, marketing, business development, and legal teams
- Identify new opportunities for placements, partnerships, and media exposure
- Work with key Media, managing media buying
- Improve content production workflows for better speed and quality
- Manage and oversee content delivery from external contributors and subcontractors
- Refresh and optimize evergreen content and creative assets
Requirements:
- Strong Experience in B2B with Game Providers / Live Games / Slots Aggregator
- 4+ years of experience in marketing
- Strong experience in digital and lead-gen marketing
- Solid understanding of content marketing, SEO, PR, and brand comms
- Experience working with external stakeholders, such as SBC, SiGMA, EGR, IGA, GGA, etc.
- Ability to work with briefs and deliver ready-to-publish content
- Experience with marketing tools and performance tracking
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Affiliate marketing/reputation management experience is a plus
- English: B2/C1+ (fluent), additional languages are a plus
