Ecosystem & Growth Associate
The promise of crypto is to upgrade the very foundations of our society – from money, finance, and governance to media, gaming, and science. To deliver on that promise, decentralized technologies are to be integrated into the everyday experiences of billions of people. For engineering, this is a mountain of a challenge.
Eiger was founded to develop infrastructure for blockchain mass adoption. We help technology companies improve and integrate the core technologies of crypto to meet the climbing demands for scale and performance.
We currently employ 40+ senior blockchain engineers across the globe and work with some of the most ambitious organizations in the industry, including Celestia, Polkadot, Stellar, Zcash, Axelar, Avail, Internet Computer, Aleo, Starknet, Fireblocks, XRP Labs, Solana, Aptos, zkSync to name a few.
We are expanding our team with an Ecosystem & Growth Associate. Someone who lives and breathes the blockchain ecosystem, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to connect with the right people to make things happen.
About the Role
As an Ecosystem & Growth Associate at Eiger, you'll be at the intersection of research, strategic outreach, and relationship building. Your mission is to bring our engineering expertise into the conversations that shape where blockchain infrastructure is heading. You’ll be connecting the blockchain ecosystem, from L1 and L2 projects to emerging protocols, and strengthening the relationships that move the industry forward.
This role is perfect for someone who’s deeply embedded in the blockchain space, the kind of person who’s always on Telegram, Twitter (X), or at local blockchain events, connecting people, sharing knowledge, and spotting new opportunities before they trend.
You don’t need years of corporate BD experience. What matters is your network, curiosity, and initiative. You’re the one who knows “who’s building what” and “what’s next” in crypto.
Key Responsibilities
Live in the Ecosystem
- Engage actively across Telegram, X/Twitter, and other blockchain communities to surface insights and identify where Eiger's engineering capabilities can add value.
- Identify up-and-coming projects, founders, and ecosystems aligned with Eiger’s capabilities.
- Attend and represent Eiger at industry events, hackathons, and conferences (online and in person), contributing to the technical conversations shaping the space.
Business Development
- Source and qualify leads through community engagement and research.
- Build authentic relationships with project teams, developers, and ecosystem leads.
- Collaborate with senior BD managers and engineers to introduce and nurture new opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of key trends, funding rounds, and emerging projects.
