Trading Operations & Strategy Analyst

We’re one of the largest digital asset markets, handling over $200M+ in daily traded volume across numerous exchanges, markets and financial products. We’re partners with the biggest crypto exchanges out there, where we provide liquidity & market making services.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trading Operations & Strategy Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and analysis of token-based trading strategies based on predictive signals. You will collaborate closely with our internal systems and prediction models, ensure accurate trade execution, and generate actionable insights to improve performance.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about trading, comfortable with fast decision-making under pressure, and skilled in post-trade analysis using SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bot Monitoring & Audit - Track bot execution activity, ensuring signals are correctly followed and results are logged accurately.
• Trade Performance Analysis -  Analyze large amounts of trading and transaction data, generate insights, prioritize them and build solutions based on your findings. Use SQL to analyze trade outcomes, such as entry/exit timing, slippage, hit ratio, win/loss per strategy, and volume participation.
• Strategy Optimization - Manage and improve trading strategies. Identify areas where signals or execution could be improved—e.g., delay between signal and execution, overtrading, missed opportunities.
• Reporting -  Deliver clear, regular performance reports with actionable insights, including profit and loss breakdowns, efficiency scores, and historical comparisons.
• Collaboration - Work in close collaboration with various departments including the trading team, developers (who maintain the bot) and signal researchers to close the loop between prediction and market execution.
• Risk Monitoring -  Assist in identifying unusual market behavior or trade anomalies in real time.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with automated trading systems
• Strong trading knowledge – preferably in crypto markets; understanding execution logic, volatility, spread behavior, and order book dynamics.
• Advanced SQL skills – comfortable with writing efficient queries for large, real-time trade datasets.
• Analytical & curious – Inquisitive, self-starting personality, constantly questioning how things could be done better, and willing to explore multiple explanations.
• Detail-oriented – picking up on inconsistencies, edge cases, and anomalies in performance metrics.
• Proactive mindset – actively investigating and proposing solutions.
• Ability to perform under pressure
