Your Impact
As a Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech (all genders), you will be the go-to person for all tech-related hirings at eduki — building the strategy, the trust, and the structure that powers our engineering growth. Here is what that looks like in practice:
- End-to-End Recruiting & Ownership: You own the recruiting cycle for tech roles, from the initial set-up in our ATS Greenhouse to conducting interviews, negotiating and making offers.
- Candidate Experience: You ensure every candidate has a smooth, respectful, and engaging experience throughout the whole process, from their application to final feedback.
- Strategic Sourcing & Funnel Design: You build role-specific funnels that match the complexity of each tech position. You fill these pipelines by crafting compelling job descriptions and proactively sourcing talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant networks.
- Collaborative Stakeholder Management: You act as a trusted partner to your key stakeholders, especially the Director Tech. You plan and moderate Kick-Off sessions, Retros, and regular Check-Ins to keep all parties aligned and the pipeline moving.
- Team Contribution: You are an active, engaged member of the People Team. You share your knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute your expertise in team-wide initiatives.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) and we’ll offer a 12-months contract that might be extended based on business needs.
Your Skills and Expertise
We are looking for a well-structured, empathetic, and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both the technical know-how and the human touch that outstanding tech recruiting requires. Furthermore, you should check the following boxes:
- You bring end-to-end recruiting expertise in Tech hiring and know how to navigate every stage of a hiring process with confidence.
- You are skilled at designing role-specific recruiting funnels that reflect the unique requirements of engineering roles.
- You have worked with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) — ideally a more complex one like e.g. Greenhouse — and understand how to manage technical configurations and workflow setups.
- You have hands-on experience in active sourcing (esp. LinkedIn Recruiter) and are comfortable identifying and approaching tech talent through various channels.
- You act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, using your strong communication skills and empathy to build trust with stakeholders. You easily navigate complex requirements and anticipate needs before they are prompted.
- You work in a highly structured way, keeping track of every "open thread." You are a reliable go-to person who follows through consistently, stays composed under pressure, and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
- You are fluent in English (C1 level in speaking & writing) and confident using it as your primary working language in an international team.
Please note: Due to legal restrictions, we can only hire candidates living in and owning a valid work permit for Spain. eduki is a registered employer in Spain, and you will receive a direct work contract with us according to Spanish work law.
Our Commitment to You
Attractive Compensation Package: The total compensation for this role is up to 40.700 EUR per year and consists of a fixed salary and a VSOP (Virtual Stock Options Program) package. Depending on your skills and competencies, as well as your individual performance, the gross annual salary will range between 29.400 EUR and 36.000 EUR.
Growth Opportunities: At eduki, you will find an exciting job opportunity within a profitable and fast-growing company. We prioritize action over perfection and view mistakes as opportunities for growth. Regular performance feedback sessions ensure that you receive constructive insights into your work and progress.
Additionally, you will receive a 1,000 EUR development budget per year to invest in your professional development goals.
Working from Home: We fully embrace a home office culture and want you to enjoy full flexibility by enabling you to set your own work schedule.
In addition to providing the necessary software and hardware, we offer a 500 EUR budget that you can freely use to equip your home office.
Furthermore, you can work from abroad for up to 90 days per year with us!

To help you take care of both body and mind, we offer online yoga sessions and actively support mental health by allowing time for therapy or coaching sessions during your working hours. Take advantage of your flexible schedule to prioritise what you need, including your health!
Team Building Events: At eduki, we foster a strong sense of community. Whether virtual or on-site, you'll have opportunities to bond with your colleagues. Once a year, the entire team enjoys a company-wide team event, visiting new places and creating lasting memories together.
