Learning & Development Specialist (all genders) | Level: Senior | Germany (Working from Home) | Full Time (40h/week)

Your Impact
As a Senior Learning & Development Specialist (all genders), you transform eduki into a learning factory, establishing people development as a strategic driver for business and enabling all edukians to continuously develop the necessary skills. Here are the key tasks and responsibilities that you will be taking on to achieve this goal:
- Learning & Development Design: You will design, implement, and continuously improve practical learning and enablement formats (e.g. blended learning, live sessions, microlearning) across the full employee lifecycle to ensure sustainable growth in our remote-first environment.
- Leadership Development: You shape and drive leadership development initiatives, partnering with our Leads as a strategic sparring partner and supporting them in developing strong, capable teams.
- Competency & Career Design: You evolve and sharpen our competency model in close collaboration with leaders and subject experts, support its rollout and training, and translate it into clear, skill-based career paths for Individual Contributors and Leaders.
- Data-Driven Insights: You’ll plan and analyze engagement and feedback formats (e.g., pulse surveys, eNPS). By interpreting qualitative and quantitative data, you will derive and implement concrete L&D initiatives that move the needle on collaboration and performance.
Your Skills and Expertise
Skills & Competencies
- You bring hands-on L&D expertise gained in a growing organization – you know how to build structure where little exists, prioritize without a team behind you, and deliver operationally while thinking strategically.
- You are skilled in designing and delivering modern learning formats such as blended, digital, and micro-learning – with a strong instinct for what works with a digitally native, learning-savvy audience.
- You can prepare and lead workshops and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders – you know how to create commitment and move things forward without formal authority.
- You have successfully built and facilitated structured onboarding programs beyond generic HR onboarding – including role-specific, functional onboarding developed in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
- You have experience developing and refining competency models pragmatically: identifying competencies, validating them with stakeholders, and integrating them into existing performance review cycles.
- You know how to connect L&D to performance – ensuring learning pathways and development initiatives are meaningfully linked to review cycles, so L&D doesn't exist in isolation.
- You have led L&D projects end-to-end on your own: from scoping and concept through to rollout and stakeholder communication, with clear ownership at every stage.
- You communicate complex topics clearly and with nuance – in English, both in writing and in facilitated settings with senior audiences.
HR Tech Expertise
- You have hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools, ideally Articulate 360, to create interactive digital learning content.
- You are familiar with modern people development platforms such as Culture Amp or Leapsome – including configuration, cycle management, and communication of results.
- You are comfortable using AI-powered tools (e.g. Synthesia) to create digital learning videos for onboarding or upskilling – or you're eager to get up to speed quickly.
Please note: Due to legal restrictions, we can only hire candidates living in and owning a valid work permit for Germany. eduki is a German company, and you will receive a direct work contract with us according to German work law.
Our Commitment to You
Attractive Compensation Package: The total compensation for this role is up to 78.400 EUR per year and consists of a fixed salary and a VSOP (Virtual Stock Options Program) package. Depending on your skills and competencies, as well as your individual performance, the gross annual salary will range between 54.600 EUR and 69.400 EUR.

In addition to providing the necessary software and hardware, we offer a 500 EUR budget that you can freely use to equip your home office.
Furthermore, you can work from abroad for up to 90 days per year with us!
