Product Designer (all genders) | Intermediate | Spain (Working from Home) | Full Time (40h/week)

Your Impact

As a Product Designer (all genders) at eduki, you will shape the first eduki AI experience — creating tools that are simple, intuitive and delightful to use that teachers genuinely trust, understand, and rely on.Here are the key tasks and responsibilities that you will be taking on to achieve this goal:

• End-to-End Design Ownership: You lead the entire design process from research and discovery to delivery, ensuring every touchpoint feels intuitive, thoughtful, and human.
• User Research & Testing: You conduct research and usability testing to understand teacher needs, validate ideas, and translate insights into impactful design solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with product and engineering to shape product strategy, align priorities, and deliver cohesive product experiences.
• Design System & Scalability: You design within our system to ensure consistency and contribute improvements that make it even stronger.
• UX Experience Design: You craft usable, delightful and innovative experiences that enhance teachers’ daily workflows.
• Teacher Advocacy: You design with empathy and a deep understanding of teachers’ challenges, ensuring their needs guide every decision.

Your Skills and Expertise

We are looking for a passionate Product Designer (all genders) who wants to apply their creativity and product thinking to enhance education through technology to achieve our mission to enhance education. Furthermore, you should check the following boxes: 

• You have a strong understanding of end-to-end UX — from discovery and research to prototyping, validation, and iteration.
• You bring a strategic, holistic mindset to product design, thinking beyond individual screens to the full user experience.
• You have experience turning user research and usability testing into actionable design improvements.
• You bring solid execution skills in Figma — from wireframes and prototypes to working within and improving design systems.
• You are hands-on and independent, able to adapt to a constantly evolving landscape of AI platforms and technology and are comfortable with ambiguity.
• You are fluent in English. Additional German language skills are a big plus.

Please note: Due to legal restrictions, we can only hire candidates living in and owning a valid work permit for Spain. eduki is a registered employer in Spain, and you will receive a direct work contract with us according to Spanish work law. 

Our Commitment to You

Attractive Compensation Package: The total compensation for this role is up to 50.300 EUR per year and consists of a fixed salary and a VSOP (Virtual Stock Options Program) package. Depending on your skills and competencies, as well as your individual performance, the gross annual salary will range between 36.100 EUR and 44.100 EUR.

In addition to providing the necessary software and hardware, we offer a 500 EUR budget that you can freely use to equip your home office.
Furthermore, you can work from abroad for up to 90 days per year with us!
