Agile Delivery Manager (all genders) | Intermediate | Ukraine (Working from Home) | Full Time (40h/week)

Your Impact

As an Agile Delivery Manager (all genders) at eduki, you will enable our teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently and predictably. Your work will make delivery smoother, visibility stronger, and collaboration easier. Here are the key tasks and responsibilities that you will be taking on to achieve this goal:

• Release support & management: You support release planning and refinement sessions, ensure all dependencies are accounted for, and maintain delivery artifacts. You proactively surface cross-team blockers and keep everyone aligned through clear communication.
• Documentation: You continuously improve our documentation process together with our engineering and technical writing teams by keeping a single, up-to-date source of truth with clear templates and playbooks.
• Delivery improvements: You identify and implement new delivery approaches based on team needs and data, measuring their impact and sharing learnings across teams.
• Jira ownership: You design and maintain boards, workflows, and automations that reduce manual effort and improve data quantity & quality, enabling efficient, transparent collaboration.
• Reporting & dashboards: You create and maintain dashboards and reports that make work and progress visible, providing actionable insights to Product Managers, the Director of Technology, and Engineering Teams.

Your Skills and Expertise

We are searching for a passionate Agile Delivery Manager (all genders) who would like to demonstrate their delivery, coordination, and analytical skills to help us achieve our mission to enhance education. Furthermore, you should check the following boxes:

• You are an empathetic and proactive communicator, who keeps all stakeholders aligned through clear and timely communication.
• You have strong process improvement skills and know how to diagnose workflow issues and implement scalable, lightweight practices that last.
• You have proven delivery management experience and can coordinate multi-team initiatives end to end while managing dependencies effectively.
• You have strong Jira expertise and are confident in building workflows, automations, and dashboards that enable reliable self-serve reporting.
• You have a data-driven mindset and use insights and metrics to guide decisions and continuous improvement.
• You feel comfortable communicating in English and working in an international team.

Please note: Due to legal restrictions, we can only hire candidates living in Ukraine. 

Our Commitment to You

Attractive Compensation: We are committed to providing a salary that reflects both market standards and individual qualifications. Depending on your skills and competencies, as well as your individual performance, the gross annual salary will range between 30.000 EUR and 38.200 EUR.
