Educational Research & Pedagogy Manager (all genders) | Intermediate | Germany (Working from Home) | Full Time (40h/Woche)

Your Impact

As an Educational Research and Pedagogy Manager (all genders) at eduki, you will ensure that our products contribute to improving the teaching and learning experience in a lasting way. To achieve this goal, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Educational Research: You support and conduct strategic research projects, such as investigations into how teaching materials influence students' learning behavior. You analyze results and translate them into concrete, evidence-based recommendations for product improvements.
• Internal Knowledge Development: You support the development of training programs, document best practices, and regularly share insights with team members to build organizational expertise.
• Author Development: You collaborate with the team to enhance the pedagogical development of authors and teachers on our platform.
• Community Building: You foster meaningful exchange between authors through peer learning sessions, online collaborations, and mentoring programs.
• Partnerships: You build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and develop collaborative projects that amplify our educational impact.

Your Skills and Expertise

We are looking for an Educational Research and Pedagogy Manager (all genders) who is passionate about advancing educational projects and becoming an active part of our mission to improve education. You are the right fit if you:

• You have experience teaching, creating teaching content, designing curricula, coaching, and/or conducting educational research.
• You think strategically and can translate research findings into evidence-based measures for product development and educational projects.
• You can develop inspiring training programs, evaluate their success, and continuously improve them.
• You have strong communication skills and can confidently manage stakeholders. You enjoy sharing knowledge.
• Ideally, you have contacts at academic or educational institutions.
• Additionally, you should be fluent in German and English and feel comfortable communicating in both languages.

Please note: Due to legal restrictions, we can only hire candidates living in and owning a valid work permit for Germany. eduki is a German company, and you will receive a direct work contract with us according to German work law. 

Our Commitment to You

Attractive Compensation Package: The total compensation for this role is up to 68.800 EUR per year and consists of a fixed salary and a VSOP (Virtual Stock Options Program) package. Depending on your skills and competencies, as well as your individual performance, the gross annual salary will range between 43.200 EUR and 52.800 EUR.

In addition to providing the necessary software and hardware, we offer a 500 EUR budget that you can freely use to equip your home office.
Furthermore, you can work from abroad for up to 90 days per year with us!
