Product Manager (all genders) | Senior | Germany (Working from Home) | Full Time (40h/week)
Your Impact
As a Senior Product Manager (all genders) for the Public Sector at eduki, you will lead the charge to redefine how schools discover, purchase, and manage educational content at scale — by building a seamless, scalable B2B buyer experience that turns eduki into the preferred procurement platform for schools across public and private sectors.
Here are the key tasks and responsibilities that you will be taking on to achieve this goal:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: You define and own the product vision and roadmap for School Accounts, shaping a scalable offering that meets the needs of school buyers across public and private sectors.
- Buyer & Market Insights: You conduct research, interviews, and data analysis to deeply understand school procurement behaviors, public budget constraints, and B2B purchasing workflows.
- Cross-Functional Execution: You work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to build and launch features that serve complex B2B buying journeys.
- Go-to-Market Readiness: You lead pilot programs with schools, ensure internal alignment across go-to-market teams, and drive smooth onboarding and adoption of new B2B features.
- Measurement & Scalability: You track product performance metrics (e.g., adoption, satisfaction, revenue) and make data-informed decisions to continuously improve and scale the School Accounts experience.
Your Skills and Expertise
We are searching for a driven and experienced Senior Product Manager (all genders) who would like to demonstrate their product management expertise to achieve our mission to enhance education. Furthermore, you should check the following boxes:
- You bring extensive experience in B2B product management, having built and scaled products for organizational buyers with complex account structures and invoicing needs.
- You have a strong understanding of public procurement and school budget cycles, including key decision processes, approval workflows, and regulatory constraints.
- You are highly analytical and commercially minded — comfortable defining and tracking key metrics such as activation, retention, and revenue, and making data-informed product decisions.
- You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Public Sector Growth, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal, aligning on priorities and delivering features that support go-to-market success.
- You think in systems and platforms, not just features — designing scalable solutions that enable long-term growth.
- You are fluent in English (C1+) and feel confident working with an international team and customers. For this particular role a B2 level in German is helpful, too. If you're not there yet, we’re happy to support you with language courses.
Please note: Due to legal restrictions, we can only hire candidates living in and owning a valid work permit for Germany.
