Job Description

You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of 4 Account Managers (and managing a team of 4 Customer Success Managers for an interim period)
  • Ensuring revenue contribution, building account plan strategy, implementing cross-sell and up-sell action plans.
  • Monitoring the existing business, tracking retention metrics (gross retention) and client satisfaction metrics (NPS, usage, value), putting in place corrective actions when needed
  • Acting as the escalation point and as the executive sponsor to support your team with strategic and or complex customers
  • Sharing insights, results and forecast with senior management
  • Stakeholder management and cooperation with onboarding and support teams, with marketing and product as well as with the other sales departments (revenue operation, sales engineers, new business and partner business)

Qualifications

To connect with ecosio it is important to have…

  • Experience leading an account management team, focused on expansion
  • Track record of success in a B2B SaaS environment on an international level
  • Fluent English and German skills

And nice to have…

  • Experience leading a customer success team focused on retention
  • Previous experience working in the ERP /EDI / e-invoicing field
  • Fluency in additional languages, especially French, Spanish and Italian
