You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...
- planning, coordinating, and organizing various on-site and online trade shows, as well as company-hosted events within a B2B/SaaS environment
- the preparation, coordination and execution of bookings
- liaising with event organizers, venues, and event partners
- organising event booths
- providing briefings to the sales team
- collaborating with the Content Manager, Digital Campaign Manager, and Graphic Designer to create content and promoting materials
- coordinating pre- and post-event communications with the Marketing and Sales teams
Qualifications
To connect with ecosio it is important to have…
- outstanding communication skills in German and fluent English; Spanish is a huge plus
- proven experience in event management and event marketing
- strong organizational abilities, analytical mindset, and project-oriented approach
- enthusiastic about working independently within an international team
- project management experience is a plus
- keen interest in taking ownership and proactively contributing ideas
- meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness
- passionate about event management
