Job Description

You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...

  • planning, coordinating, and organizing various on-site and online trade shows, as well as company-hosted events within a B2B/SaaS environment
  • the preparation, coordination and execution of bookings
  • liaising with event organizers, venues, and event partners
  • organising event booths 
  • providing briefings to the sales team
  • collaborating with the Content Manager, Digital Campaign Manager, and Graphic Designer to create content and promoting materials
  • coordinating pre- and post-event communications with the Marketing and Sales teams

 

Qualifications

To connect with ecosio it is important to have…

  • outstanding communication skills in German and fluent English; Spanish is a huge plus
  • proven experience in event management and event marketing
  • strong organizational abilities, analytical mindset, and project-oriented approach
  • enthusiastic about working independently within an international team
  • project management experience is a plus
  • keen interest in taking ownership and proactively contributing ideas
  • meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness
  • passionate about event management
