- Shaping the overarching marketing vision and developing a strategic roadmap that directly fuels aggressive growth.
- Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing marketing team that thrives on collaboration and results.
- Leading the Go-to-Market strategies for new products and market segments, defining target audiences and compelling messaging.
- Orchestrating budget allocation to maximize ROI and demonstrating a strong return on marketing investments.
- Making critical decisions driven by data, constantly optimizing performance and reporting insights to the executive team.
- Forging strong, seamless partnerships with Sales, Product, Professional Services and Vertex teams to align on revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of analyzing market trends and competitor activities to unearth new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
To connect with ecosio it is important to have…
- Proven experience as a VP of Marketing or in a similar senior marketing leadership role, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive significant growth.
- Expertise in Go-to-Market strategy development and execution for B2B SaaS products.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making, budget management, and ROI optimization.
- Deep understanding of the entire marketing and sales funnel and strategies for funnel optimization (digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, and ABM - among others)
- Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience fostering a collaborative and results-oriented remote environment.
- Demonstrated process strength, with an ability to build and optimize efficient workflows and operations between departments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex strategies clearly to diverse audiences.
And nice to have…
- Background in the e-invoicing, EDI or B2B integration domain
- German language skills or other additional languages
