Job Description

A world-class sales team needs exceptional training and coaching. If you’re passionate about enabling sales teams to perform at their best, and helping businesses to achieve revenue growth goals, let’s see if you are our next Sales Enablement Manager

You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...

  • developing and delivering first-class sales training courses to customer-facing reps and leaders - either web-based or in-person
  • using tools such as Gong to listen to reps’ customer interactions in order to identify training needs and provide ad-hoc feedback and training
  • working with L&D professionals and LMS tools to help build out engaging and effective training materials and courses based on needs identified
  • building and delivering onboarding training to help new reps reach their goals quicker
  • being the glue between Sales, Marketing and Product to ensure that knowledge and insights are shared and acted upon in order to make our sellers more effective
  • improving conversion rates and revenue metrics by ensuring that reps are able to articulate the value of solutions to their customers
  • ensuring that customer interactions meet quality standards

 

Qualifications

To connect with ecosio it is important to have…

  • 3+ years of professional experience in frontline sales and/or sales enablement
  • a deep understanding of sales processes, behaviours and KPIs
  • knowledge of selling methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger, Value Selling) and how they improve sales performance
  • experience of designing and delivering enablement programmes and initiatives for salespeople - either remotely or in-person
  • worked on cross-functional improvement projects
  • passion for passing on your knowledge and training colleagues
  • German at a C1/C2 level is a must, along with a strong command of written and spoken English.

 

And nice to have…

  • Spanish and/or Italian language skills
  • strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • a high service orientation to help the Revenue team become one of the best ever
