Job Description

You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...

  • Full ownership of the company website, including WordPress and all associated plugins
  • Management and optimisation of Kinsta, Google Tag Manager and Browserstack
  • Implementation of technical SEO measures to improve website performance
  • Ensuring that the website is always 100% performant, up-to-date and fast
  • Continuous monitoring and improvement of website speed and usability
  • Implementing and managing security measures to protect the website
  • Optimising lead generation processes, managing forms and automations
  • Error analysis, bug fixes and quality assurance measures
  • Technical modernisation, maintenance and continuous optimisation of website in collaboration with an external development agency and our Senior Designer

 

Qualifications

To connect with ecosio it is important to have…

  • Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role 
  • Extensive experience with WordPress, including theme and plugin development
  • In-depth knowledge of technical SEO and website optimisation best practices
  • Experience with Kinsta, Google Tag Manager and Browserstack
  • Experience with automation tools like Zapier 
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Matomo and alike
  • Understanding of web performance optimisation and caching strategies
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
  • Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems independently
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of data to optimise website performance
  • High level of initiative and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical people
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay up to date with the latest technology
  • Fluent in English; German and additional languages are a plus.

And nice to have..

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
  • Knowledge of managing multilingual websites
  • Familiarity with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tool integration
  • Pardot knowledge is a big plus.
