Graduate Software Engineer
Location: Madrid (Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day WFH)

What You'll Do

Build & Scale: Design, test, and deploy scalable software solutions powering our international financial platform.

End-to-End Ownership: Take features from dynamic design sessions and architectural reviews through to deployment and maintenance.

Collaborate: Work alongside cross-functional engineering, product, and design teams to solve high-stakes challenges.

Level Up Engineering Standards: Participate in code reviews, drive CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to standard-setting technical discussions.
What We're Looking For

Education: Degree (BSc or MSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Core Fundamentals: Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, software design, and complexity analysis.

Coding Skills: Proficiency in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Java, Go).

Mindset: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, accountability for the code you write, and a collaborative team attitude.
Bonus Points

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or containers (Docker, Kubernetes).

Software engineering internship experience or a cool side project/open-source portfolio.
