Senior Network and Telecoms Support Analyst
São Paulo Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network and Telecoms Support Analyst to lead the design, implementation, and support of our critical networks and communications infrastructure. You will take ownership of complex technical projects, including network architecture improvements and telephony rollouts. You will serve as the technical escalation point for our stack, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability while mentoring junior team members. Out of hours work will be required for maintenance, upgrade and new deployments. Ability and willingness to travel globally to Ebury’s other offices is a must.
What You'll Do:
- Network Engineering & Architecture: Design, configure, and optimize enterprise networks using Cisco Meraki and Fortinet solutions. Ensure robust security policies and VPN configurations. Take full ownership of Ebury Bank Sao Paulo office network maintenance and improvements;
- Telephony & Voice Systems: Oversee the administration and strategic improvement of IP Telephony systems (including Avaya, Genesys, Vonage, or GoTo Connect). Lead migration projects and global rollouts;
- Operational Excellence & Troubleshooting: Handle high-level escalations for complex network outages, voice quality issues (SIP/RTP analysis), and authentication failures (FreeRadius);
- Cloud & Systems Engineering: Manage and maintain AWS resources, provision new connections and security rules as needed;
- Project Management: Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades with minimal downtime. Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to deliver projects on time;
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and train
What You'll Need:
- 4+ years of experience in a Network Engineering and VoIP/Telephony role;
- Networking Mastery: Expert-level configuration of Meraki stacks (MX/MS/MR), Fortinet Firewalls, and extensive VPN tunneling experience;
- Ticket and Project management: Experience using ticket and project management systems such as Jira;
- Telephony Expertise: Knowledge of SIP, PBX administration, and call flow/IVR design across platforms like Avaya, Genesys, Yeastar, or Vonage;
- Systems Knowledge: Strong proficiency in Linux administration and FreeRadius for network authentication;
- Cloud Experience: Practical experience managing resources, networks and security rules within AWS;
- OS Agnostic: Ability to support mixed environments (Windows, Mac OS, Chrome OS) at an admin level;
- Communication: Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders (important since they report to a Manager and work with the business);
- Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently in a regional office while collaborating with a global team;
- Desirable: Cisco CCNP, Fortinet NSE 4+ or equivalent certifications
