Marketing Operations Specialist
Location: Ebury Warsaw office - 4 days in the office, 1 day of home office / week
Are you a data-driven marketing professional with a passion for automation and optimization? We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations Specialist to be the bridge between marketing and sales. In this role, you'll be a key driver of our growth, ensuring our marketing funnel is automated, measurable, and highly efficient.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing, personalized communications, and customer lifecycle stages.
- Develop and deliver reports and dashboards that clearly communicate campaign performance, MQL conversion, and marketing ROI.
- Manage the configuration, administration, and optimization of Account Engagement (Pardot), ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce.
- Partner with the sales team to refine lead scoring models and ensure high-quality handoffs between marketing and sales.
What You’ll Bring:
- Demonstrated experience in marketing automation (specifically Pardot/Account Engagement) and Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of lead nurturing, email marketing, and segmentation principles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or CRM Analytics).
