Ebury Leon Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week
As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will work in the Commissions team in the firm’s Central Leon office.
What you’ll do
- Sales commission calculation and process upgrading
- Sales performance analysis
- Impact analysis of the different incentive schemes
- Communication and coordination between back-office and global salesforce
What you’ll need
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools - Excel test will be needed
- Excellent attention to detail
- Pragmatic thinking coupled with a can-do attitude
- Test and learn mentality
- Clear, concise communication style, both written and verbal
- Proactive, with the ability to work effectively within fast paced and high pressure environment
- Motivated and driven, with a desire to make Ebury a success
- Fluency in Spanish and English
