Ebury Leon Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will work in the Commissions team in the firm’s Central Leon office.

What you’ll do

• Sales commission calculation and process upgrading
• Sales performance analysis
• Impact analysis of the different incentive schemes
• Communication and coordination between back-office and global salesforce

What you’ll need

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools - Excel test will be needed
• Excellent attention to detail
• Pragmatic thinking coupled with a can-do attitude
• Test and learn mentality
• Clear, concise communication style, both written and verbal
• Proactive, with the ability to work effectively within fast paced and high pressure environment
• Motivated and driven, with a desire to make Ebury a success
• Fluency in Spanish and English
