Ebury London Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior / Staff Product Designer with a track record of creating world-class digital experiences. With your design expertise, you’ll translate bold ideas into intuitive, user-centred products that simplify complexity at scale.

In this role, you’ll lead design for our Lending & Credit team, shaping end-to-end workflows that balance clarity, compliance, and business impact. You’ll enjoy wide autonomy and ownership, working across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to craft elegant solutions and define the future of our lending platform. You’ll play a key role in setting product vision, evolving our design processes, and ensuring the voice of the customer drives decisions.

What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end experience for key lending workflows, from prioritisation and concept through detailed design and launch.
  • Work closely with Business, Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations to turn strategy into actionable design, identifying high-impact problems and driving alignment on priorities.
  • Simplify complex, ambiguous systems with a user-first, systems-thinking approach balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders around a shared vision.
  • Craft elegant, intuitive solutions for complex tasks, ensuring clarity, consistency, and high-quality interactions by contributing to and extending our design system.
  • Use research and data to iterate quickly prototyping, testing, and refining based on user insights.
  • Shape long-term vision and design culture, contributing to critiques, workshops, and reviews, and raising the quality bar across the team.

What you’ll need

  • 6+ years of relevant professional experience within UX or Product Design.
  • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and product intuition, with comprehensive expertise in layout, typography, hierarchy, motion, and interaction design.
  • Experience designing for financial services, fintech or enterprise software, with a proven ability to turn complex, data-heavy workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.
  • Experience as an influential designer who ships impactful, strategic work.
  • Strong design point of view and understanding of how to balance customer needs with business needs.
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills across design, product, and engineering disciplines.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
