Financial Accountant Intern - Accounts Receivable 

Ebury Leon Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

As part of the Finance team from our offices in central Leon, you will helping with the processing, verifying and reconciling invoices, plus tracking and collecting incoming payments and managing debt. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing, international company in an internship that offers professional growth and career progression.

What you’ll do

  • Processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
  • Supporting the tracking and collecting of incoming payments
  • Helping managing and reducing debt
  • Assisting accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
  • Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
  • Collaborating in the audit process
  • Cross-departmental projects

What you’ll need

  • Studying a Formación Profesional or University degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics or similar
  • Good level of Microsoft Excel
  • English (C1), Spanish (C1), other languages are a plus
  • Detail-oriented, professional attitude, and highly reliable
  • Strong skills in problem-solving, basic accounting principles, teamwork, documentation, data analysis, and multi-tasking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Any ERP (NetSuite/Oracle, SAP and NAV) experience is a plus
