Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Brazilian Market Direction - Shenzhen Office

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Target Customer Development

    • Actively engage with corporate customers across various industries in China (e.g., manufacturing, cross-border e-commerce, foreign trade, gaming, social networking) that operate in Brazil via telephone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
    • Identify and assess the cross-border financial needs of customers (including Brazilian real settlement and foreign exchange risk management) through initial communications, with a focus on screening high-potential sales leads.
  2. Market Insight and Strategy Support

    • Analyze business development trends of Chinese companies in Brazil, identify industry pain points, and assist in refining customer development techniques and solutions.
    • Regularly compile and summarize Brazilian market dynamics (such as foreign exchange policies and trade barriers) to provide valuable decision-making support for the team.
  3. Sales Process Collaboration

    • Transfer qualified leads to account managers (AEs) to aid in customer demand analysis and the preparation of solution presentations.
    • Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to comprehensively document customer information and track communication progress.

Job Requirements:

  • Basic Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in international trade, marketing, finance, Portuguese, or related fields.
    • Experience: Open to recent graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of work experience (candidates with B2B sales, foreign trade, or financial internship experience will be prioritized).
    • Skills: Strong telephone communication skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a basic understanding of data analysis.
    • Attributes: Goal-oriented, resilient under pressure, with a keen interest in cross-border finance and emerging markets.
    • Full working rights in Shenzhen without holding a Work Visa or need for Employment Sponsorship. 
  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Basic proficiency in Portuguese (essential for the Brazilian market).
    • Familiarity with Brazilian business culture or China-Brazil trade relations.
    • Internship experience in foreign trade or cross-border payment companies.
    • Business fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
