The Opportunity
We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer who deeply understands iGaming, game rounds, RTP behavior, betting logic, and user experience in real-money games. You will test game clients, backend integrations, round flows, UI/UX, animations, and performance under various scenarios. Your work will be essential for ensuring that every release is stable, predictable, and behaves exactly as designed.
Key Responsibilities
- Test game clients including UI, animations, round sequences, balance changes and user interactions.
- Verify correctness of game mechanics such as bets, wins, multipliers, RTP-driven behavior and edge cases.
- Test backend integrations with aggregators, operators and game servers.
- Validate API responses, WebSocket communication, status synchronization and round lifecycle.
- Perform exploratory testing of new game mechanics and prototype features.
- Create, maintain and document detailed test cases, checklists and test plans.
- Reproduce, analyze and document defects with clear scenarios and logs.
- Collaborate with developers, game designers, backend engineers and QA automation.
- Check visual accuracy, UI alignment, performance, transitions and player experience.
- Test integrations, iframe behaviors, loading flows and multi-device compatibility.
- Ensure release readiness, verify regression coverage and maintain product quality standards.
What You Bring
- Experience as a Manual QA Engineer in iGaming or game development.
- Understanding of game logic, including bets, payouts, round progression, RTP, and bonus features.
- Experience testing interactive UI, animations, and dynamic elements.
- Strong backend testing skills, including business logic, calculations, and state transitions.
- Good understanding of client–server architecture.
- Hands-on experience working with sockets and WebSockets for real-time game flow, events, and state synchronization.
- Understanding of REST APIs.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to catch edge-case bugs.
- Experience with test case creation and structured documentation.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex logic.
- Experience reproducing complex issues and working closely with developers.
- Understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
- Russian: native speaker (mandatory).
Nice to have
- Experience working with aggregators or operator integrations.
- Knowledge of test management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr.
- Basic SQL skills for checking data correctness in databases.
- Experience working with logs, monitoring tools or developer consoles.
- Understanding of automation basics or interest in learning Playwright/Cypress.
- Experience testing high-load or real-time systems.
- Strong interest in game mechanics, math models and user behavior analysis.

Experience dealing with abuse / exploit scenarios in iGaming (bonus abuse, edge cases, timing issues).

Basic+ knowledge of security testing (input validation, basic fraud vectors, client-side trust issues).

Hands-on experience or familiarity with load / stress testing (real-time systems is a plus).
