Associate Data Program Analyst
POSITION OVERVIEW: Associate Data Program Analyst is an entry level position within the e2open Global Trade content team which involves analysis, transcription, manipulation, and validation of trade compliance data by using a wide variety of tools as per the requirement. Collaborate with the Global Trade content team to deliver trade content data to customers with accuracy and within SLA set for the process. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of programming concepts and the ability to improve existing tools for extracting data from various websites.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- This role involves extracting data from various types of sources (HTML Page, PDF, Image, Text) into Excel format.
- Deliver data as per given guidelines that support the customer, often working with large datasets.
- Interact with Global content team to understand to prepare for most efficient data delivery.
- Carrying out daily tasks that involve the publishing of Newsletter, updating Currency Exchange Rates, and handling Global Trade data for various countries.
- Ensuring data is delivered as per the expected timelines.
- Quality Audit of extracted data.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data processing activities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field.
- Experience in Data processing for 0 to 2 years.
- Familiarity with Global trade domain concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and VBA.
- Knowledge of SQL database is preferrable.
- Basic knowledge in Python, R, or similar programming languages
- A healthy attitude to learn new technologies and share knowledge with the team.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working with minimum supervision.
