Senior AI Developer - AI Centre

What You Will Do

• Lead a team of Artificial Intelligence (AI) developers to build prioritised AI products
• Manage AI developers in product teams and can be deployed forward to provide support to the respective entities when required
• Maintain relationships with the internal and external partners to foster AI collaboration and advance the Digital and Intelligence Services’ (DIS) goals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and Machine Learning (ML) technology
• Proactively identify, initiate and promulgate worthwhile engineering projects that could be maximised in similar use cases across the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF)

What You Will Bring

• Education in quantitative, scientific and technology disciplines such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science and Analytics
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience
• Deep understanding of AI/ML, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks and deep learning
• Hands-on experience working with current AI tools like TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Being able to multi-task and work under stressful environment
• Possess strong leadership traits, good planning abilities and communication skills
