As a Senior Product Manager at DOTC, you will have the opportunity to work on building impactful products that will benefit the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). You will join a dynamic team that values creative problem-solving, and open communication. You will be given opportunities to independently open up problem spaces, ideate on solutions, as well as build and launch your products!

What are we looking for

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with 6-8 years of overall working experience and you will also be expected to do the following/have the following traits:

• Degree in Computer science or any field
• Entrepreneurship and proactivity in solving problems
• Have good product/UX sense and vision
• UX: Deeply understand and anticipate user pain-points
• Problem analysis: Break down a problem space and identify the most impactful way to resolve the problem. Deeply understand the value proposition of proposed solutions to users.
• Understand how to do solutioning: Ideate and discuss pros/cons/side effects/risks of possible solutions
• Display prioritisation of tasks
• Display good influence and stakeholder management skills
• Have strong technical aptitude with good understanding of software and infra components and tooling, as well as basic web dev concepts and principles
• Have strong communication skills
