About the role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will drive our offer definition for both portable and fixed products and associated services. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, you’ll ensure our product vision translates into tangible features and pricing models that meet market and customer needs. You’ll conduct market analyses and develop optimized product packages and pricing strategies that drive revenue growth, market competitiveness, and customer value. This role requires a customer-focused and data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, creative thinking, pragmatic execution, and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders to transform vision into reality.

In this role you will:
- Develop a deep understanding of the ultrasound imaging and related markets (gas detection, predictive maintenance) by gathering insights on industry needs, trends, and their impact on building safe, trustworthy detection solutions.
- Research, develop, test, and continuously improve our product and service offerings based on customer feedback and needs, ensuring our solutions address key pain points.
- Create and implement data-driven bundling and pricing strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share. Conduct competitive analyses to benchmark against competitors and industry trends. Design dynamic pricing models based on market demand, customer segmentation, and business objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Application Engineering, and Marketing teams to test product offerings and conduct price experimentation to assess impact on sales and customer acquisition. Ensure pricing recommendations align with customer value propositions.
- Collaborate with Product Development teams on introducing new product features, carefully considering development costs and pricing structures.
- Strengthen go-to-market strategies by providing recommendations and competitive positioning insights.
- Establish methodologies and performance metrics (including revenue impact, conversion rates, and customer retention). Create dashboards and reports to effectively communicate progress to leadership.
- Shape and refine product strategy and pricing models based on real-time data, feedback, and business goals. Identify opportunities and propose innovative business models.
Your profile
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in product management, specifically with data/cost analysis, market segmentation, financial modeling, and pricing strategies for complex product/service offers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field with a technical background (Engineering) preferred.
- Experience with solution-based selling approaches that combine hardware, software, and services into comprehensive customer offerings.
- Experience in industrial B2B and technology-driven products, ideally at the intersection of hardware and software (SaaS).
- Background working in industrial/manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record working cross-functionally (with Engineering, Sales, Marketing) and globally.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment, ideally at a growing start-up/scale-up.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from market trends and customer feedback.
- Ability to interpret customer needs through active listening and critical thinking, and convert them into practical solutions within our business framework.
- Environmental awareness and genuine interest in technology-driven products.
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
- Some travel required for stakeholder meetings, market research, and product-related events (approximately 20%).
