WHY YOU’RE HERE
The Facilities & Operations Manager will support Disguise’s Atlanta office day-to-day functions and provide employees, guests, and customers with an amazing experience. You’ll be the heartbeat of our office—keeping operations tight, the space welcoming, and the team supported as we grow. This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to take ownership and grow with a fast-moving company.
What you will do
- Own the day-to-day operations of the office so everything runs seamlessly - which will include:
- Own inbound and outbound delivery management, including receiving shipments, coordinating courier services, preparing outbound packages, managing shipping documentation, and ensuring timely and secure dispatch of materials.
- ensuring sensitive hardware, customer materials, and company equipment are tracked, documented, and securely stored.
- conducting regular stock counts of office supplies, event materials, hardware, and branded merchandise;
- Act as the central hub for the Atlanta office by partnering with Service Center and Support teams to lead the logistical setup for client workshops and hardware upgrades, ensuring the facility is always event-ready.
- Be the go-to person for office needs, questions, and problem-solving by proactively troubleshooting and resolving facility, workplace, and employee experience matters.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and services (IT, maintenance, cleaning, etc.) while ensuring cost-effective procurement and uninterrupted availability.
- Help create a positive, well-organized, and fun office environment. Ensure the Atlanta office "feels" like a global company while also celebrating local Atlanta culture (e.g., local coffee, community involvement, or regional events).
- Support onboarding and offboarding (workspace setup, tools, access, swag) and company events
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal events by managing space allocation, scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site logistics.
- Preparing Stage and be the primary POC to book in the Disguise Experience Center (DEC) by organizing cross-functional teams, equipment, catering, and supplies to facilitate its uses such as demos, lunch & learns, MasterClasses, trainings, social events and more.
- Serve as the local host for visiting customers and global teams from the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, managing end-to-end hospitality, local logistics, and onsite experiences.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office safety; develop and maintain emergency protocols (fire, first aid) and manage secure access control for visitors and staff.
Experience we are looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in office management, customer service, or operations.
- Experience building out a positive office culture while working cross-functional with different teams and regions for support
- Proven experience coordinating office meetings, calendars, and internal events - including managing external suppliers and facilities (such as lunch, office supplies, social events)
- Experience greeting and hosting external visitors in the office in a friendly and professional manner
- Experience managing external vendors, and services (ie. maintenance, cleaning, deliveries)

This is the the basic salary range for U.S. based candidates
Compensation for candidates based outside the U.S. will be determined in line with local market benchmarks and internal equity

$48,000 - $52,000 USD
