Product Designer (Strong Middle)

We are looking for a Strong Middle Product Designer who is passionate about creating not only visually appealing interfaces but also thoughtful, consistent, and user-friendly product experiences.

The role involves working with existing web products as well as designing new pages, features, and user flows. We are looking for someone with strong UI skills, solid UX thinking, and a systematic approach to product design.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve existing web products, pages, and features.
• Create new product interfaces from concept to final design.
• Build clear and intuitive user flows and UX scenarios.
• Create responsive designs for desktop and mobile.
• Develop interactive prototypes for new features and user scenarios.
• Create, maintain, and continuously improve design systems and UI kits.
• Systematize and unify existing components, patterns, and visual solutions across products.
• Prepare designs and specifications for development.
• Collaborate closely with Product/Project Managers, Developers, and QA throughout the product development cycle.
• Conduct design reviews and verify that implemented interfaces match approved designs.
• Identify UX/UI issues in existing products and suggest practical improvements.
• Work with several products and design tasks in parallel while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Use product data, user feedback, and business requirements when making design decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer / UI/UX Designer at Strong Middle level.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality web product design.
• Strong UI design skills and a solid understanding of UX principles.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, including Auto Layout, Components & Variants, Variables, and Prototyping.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining design systems / UI kits.
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive web design.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of design tasks.
• Good understanding of the product development lifecycle and collaboration with development teams.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency across interfaces.

Nice to Have

• Experience with gaming products or marketplaces.
• Experience working on several products simultaneously.
• Understanding of product metrics and data-driven design.
• Experience improving and scaling existing products, not only designing new products from scratch.
