Assets & Operations Coordinator, North America

New York

Assets & Operations Coordinator - New York - Hybrid

Live shows make us feel good. They’re a time to hang with our friends, discover new artists or lose ourselves on a dancefloor. We’re on a mission to bring all of this to more fans, more often – and that’s where you come in.

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Assets & Operations Coordinator for our New York team.

At DICE, you’ll be part of the company that’s redefining live entertainment. It’s a place where you can be yourself, influence the culture, and create work that you’re proud of.

About the role

The Field Operations team at DICE ensures that the market-leading standards DICE sets in product design are replicated in the dynamic, real-world environment of live events.

This hybrid role combines device operations and fulfillment logistics with on-site event support. You'll manage DICE systems and North America device stock, own our device and fulfillment workflows end-to-end, and support partner onboardings and live events across the North America.

You're exceptionally organized, spot discrepancies naturally, and take pride in accurate, scalable systems. You're equally comfortable working meticulously behind the scenes and staying calm and solutions-focused in a busy event environment.

What you'll do:

Device & Fulfillment Operations

  • Own the accuracy and integrity of device/asset data across our systems.
  • Manage end-to-end device fulfillment for North American partners, including request, prep, delivery, deployment, return and reconciliation, while coordinating orders, inventory and logistics.
  • Work with local teams and partners on requests, timelines and deliveries, proactively following up.
  • Maintain trackers and documentation for clear inventory and fulfillment visibility.
  • Identify, investigate and document discrepancies across inventory, databases and physical assets.
  • Provide first-tier technical support and troubleshooting for North American devices.
  • When needed, work with vendor partners to coordinate fulfilment and resolve issues.

Process Improvement & Scalability

  • Spot inefficiencies, recurring issues and risks early using data and operational insight.
  • Own technical problems through to resolution rather than just escalating.
  • Share ideas and best practices to support continuous improvement.

On-site & Partner Support

  • Support client onboardings and live events on-site across North America, helping with device setup and troubleshooting.
  • Stay calm and solutions-focused with partners and fans, especially under pressure.
  • Work with Field Operations and local teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Approximately 30% of your time involves on-site event support and prep, including weekend on-call.

Your Skills & Experience:

Who You Are

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with pride in accurate, reliable systems.
  • Proactive and process-driven, with genuine curiosity about how things work.
  • A collaborative communicator who values shared accountability.
  • Calm and composed under pressure.
  • Confident owning decisions within your remit and resolving problems.
  • Curious about technology and comfortable troubleshooting.

Technical & Operational Experience

  • 2+ years in devices, logistics, operations or first-tier technical support.
  • Strong experience with databases, inventory systems or spreadsheets, with high accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills, spotting patterns, discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
  • Quick, rational thinking under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Solid understanding of Android, iOS, Windows and web environments; quick to learn new tools.
  • Professional and confident representing the team externally.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in events, ticketing, production, hospitality or live entertainment.
  • Experience managing physical inventory, asset databases or device fleets.
